Nature of grievance

ARBITRATION FOR THE PRICE OF GOODS SOLD AND DELIVERED WHEN NO FIXED PERIOD OF CREDIT IS AGREED UPON: Where certain goods were sold and delivered; and where no fixed period of credit was agreed upon, and when the party concerned failed to make payment, and where there exist any Arbitration Agreement between the Buyer and Seller, Arbitration proceedings may be initiated for the recovery of the price of the goods sold and delivered, within 3 years (unless otherwise agreed) from the date of the delivery of the goods, having regard to Article 14 of the Indian Limitation Act, 1963
