Nature of grievance

ARBITRATION FOR THE PRICE OF GOODS SUPPLIED TO ANY GOVT / PUBLIC BODY: Where the price / payment due under the goods supplied to any Govt. agency, is not paid according to the terms of the contract, and where there exist any Arbitration Agreement between the said Govt. Agency and the Supplier, Arbitration proceedings may be initiated for the recovery of said dues, within three years (unless otherwise agreed) from the date at which the agreed time expires, having regard to Article 15 of the Indian Limitation Act, 1963.

ARBITRATION FOR THE PRICE OF WORK DONE BY THE CLAIMANT FOR THE RESPONDENT GOVT. / ANY PUBLIC BODY: Where under the Contract, certain Services were rendered to Govt. etc./ certain Works have been executed for the Govt. etc., and where the Govt. etc. refuses to make payment for the services rendered / work done, and where there exist any Arbitration Agreement with the Govt. etc., Arbitration proceedings may be initiated for the recovery of money for the said work done or service rendered, within three years (unless otherwise agreed) from the date at which the agreed time expires, having regard to Article 18 of the Indian Limitation Act, 1963
